Dan Giles
Dan taught high school science for 10 years before becoming a full time Firefighter/EMT. He feels his science background lends him the necessary rigor and attention to detail it takes to create consistent roasts. The Playhouse is an ideal “laboratory” for him to experiment and craft roast profiles with the five pound Artisan V fluid bed roaster from Coffee Crafters.
